I'll start the ball rolling. There's that "Mig" clock again and what look like turbine instruments, so a Russian jet or turbo-prop trainer, although the cockpit paint makes me think of Eastern Europe rather than Russia.
The radio stack and panel-mounted GPS indicates it might be operated further west than its original home.
