I agree, it's much better than our salary... I was ensuring people didn't conclude the money is better than other middle eastern carriers who provide/pay for housing THEN give you a tax-free income!
Someone I spoke to who's been at FlyDubai for a while now prefers it this way as you get more choice where to live.
It's not for everyone, but certainly sounds quite attractive.
