in philippines its legal, and everywhere else its not. so think 2 times before backing up youre homecountries school. and for example pal, they are banned in the EU list and faa dont like them also. philippines had alot of airplane crash compared to other countries. and the top 300 list of most dangerous airlines to ride with is pal and airphil.
guys, dont fly with moulgas ( car gasoline with airplane fuel), its dangerous and need much more control. aswell the plane also loose alot of power.
with faa licenses u can buy a cheap typerating with schools that has alot of connections. and caap licenses, i wounder how much to buy a typerating in garbadge town Manila?
and u guys will save alot of money choose the states, flying hour on 172 is around 6000 pesos, in philippines around 10k.
