Does anyone know if its possible to commute to and from Maastricht from major cities in neighboring countries? Such as Düsseldorf, Brussels,..?
If you mean after completing the initial training and by car, yes. However the duty roster would make it very difficult when working shifts. Maastricht is well served by motorways in all directions. A group of 4 in my team travelled together every day from the vicinity of Brussel. (I think more effort went into the driving rister than the monthly watch list) Others commuted from Düsseldorf.
