Ok, will somebody please talk to the staff in private 'cos I dont see a future on the 311 and I feel it is time to go now. The business model can only be described as "reactionary" which is disturbing me somewhat. The plan appears to be that "there is no plan". I foresee just 2 machines at best with salary stagnation. And the future is all underpinned by one juicy contract - a case of all the eggs in one basket as SUH found. Is there a business model that can be shared with the staff in private? As I said, I feel its time to go now.
