I submitted mine on February 18, still no news from them. Last I heard they would start processing the license docs from mid June, so knowing Indian Govt. offices, I don't think they will start before mid July. And even then they have a backlog from January, so I do not expect to get mine before August. I have all but lost hope of getting my CPL.
