Management is in charge

Management does not have the type of emotive outbursts as have been displayed by front line staff.
Management has considered your ramblings, complaints and general childish behavior and respond with the follow statement:

We do not care that you perform shift work, it is part of your work structure and you have accepted those terms. You’re crying about working shifts and missing out on family is in effect a vernacular. You choose to pursue a life of wealth and then have the audacity to criticize management for your choices, how sad.
You are paid handsomely, above the universal average. You receive generous entitlements, indulge in large amounts of downtime, excessive sick leave and have an abundance of annual leave to satisfy your needs.
You have opted to miss out on time with family in your pursuit of working for the world’s number 1 airline at your own volition. This is your own desire, you make the choices, and you must live up to your own decisions and accept any consequences. You must live up to your end of the deal, as management has willingly done.
We allow you to receive perks, conditions, entitlements and a sense of fair play that goes above and beyond our call of duty. These are the reasons we are the employer of choice, these are the reasons that you frontline people have no justified cause for complaint, these are the reasons that your outrageous claims for extravagant payrises shall be met with the same contempt that those claims are being made.
