If you want to do FI(A) rating, I can recommend Aeroklub Zbraslavice.
One of the most cost-effective places you can do FI rating in Czech Rep.
English instruction is OK. You can do part of FI training on Zlin 326, a legend.
My Finnish friend did his FI rating at LKZB and he had fun. I was there myself, but not for power flying, did my Czech glider licence there.
The only downside is that it's in the countryside, next to small village. There are buses and trains to bigger cities for non-flying activities. Housing either at the airport or nearby village's hotel or two.
