So here goes (again!):
Take your Monthly Basic salary and multiply that by 12 to get your yearly salary (with me so far?), then divide that by 52 (number of weeks in a year
) to get your WEEKLY salary, then multiply that by the profit share (12).
Hey presto the result is the amount of bonus!
