hmmm, Very interesting! If they are all the way in Trinidad, they clearly see a looming demand. And makes sense, with the first ATR due in Oct and one each month for 8 months after, plus the 777/787's and the remaining 738's to come online, I would assume hiring for new blood would begin by the end of the year (assuming economic and political stability, being a Govt owned entity afterall!). With additional aircraft, a very rough conservative guess would be, they could require upwards of 50 additional pilots based in TnT alone.
