Back to topic: I haven't heard anything about a cadetship, but I can't see it as being beyond the realms of possibility as an MPL with guaranteed job, economy permitting. I would hope that IALPA would be able to get reasonable T&C's for the new guys if they're paying their own way to a (and you can bet your ass they would be!).
