Well they're pretty much straight lines, so the tool you need is
linear interpolation. You'll need to choose a temperature line first, and then calculate how far you are along the weight line. Apply the same percentage to the range of pressure altitude and voila ! At higher weights and temperatures there are some kinks in the graphs so you're going to have to put some checks in for that.
