FR- I haven't. I guess it would help if expanded on my comment as it suggests I 'know' something.

I really think LCC's are suited to DSA and Ryainair obviously already fly from there. As we've seen Easyjet's operations at DSA didn't work out, so the only other LCC's that come to mind to fly from DSA are that of FlyBe, Jet2 and Wizz Air.

Jet2 I think is out of the question being up the road at LBA and FlyBe & Wizz Air already fly out of DSA. I can't see Wizz Air's presence growing hugely for the foreseeable future as obviously they specialise in serving Eastern Europe and as for FlyBe I'm not knowledgeable of their current circumstance, but I personally haven't heard of any talk of them developing at DSA.

With the ALC service I assume Ryanair are testing the local demand. If all works out fine, surely HUY isn't large enough to cater for Ryanair to expand upon in the long term? To be honest from a GA perspective I'd love HUY to stay quiet from scheduled activity and more air taxi's and GA movements as it's a great place to fly in/out of at the moment.
