Shamefull way to run a business its the flight crew and cabin crew and the Engineers who work in this company I feel sorry for as they put the effort in day in day out and there wages have been frozen first of all then a pay cut and because they have no pay scale I would say most over the past 3 years have lost out on about 6k to 8k if they had of been on there origional pay scale. Every year which passes they lose more, shamefull really shamefull. Yet the management get the big wages and hide away behind there desks knowing that morale is at a all time low within the company but knowing that the employees will keep working these conditions because they cant strike. But I see a change in employees thinking and there in for a real shock one of these days......................watch this space
