Hidden in todays trading statement released to the stockmarket:

Industrial Relations 
  Flybe has reached agreement with UNITE on a one year pay deal for cabin crew to 31 March 2012. 
  Negotiations continue with BALPA on a pay deal for pilots.

The share price is down 15% this morining but this is due to a slight miss on profit and poor outlook for year ahead. Investec have also cut their price target from 438p to 306p
