Contracted 737 pilots for the summer (all with hours on type) only got a bond for the company course/linetraining.
A few pilots that self sponsored a 737 rating trough AB have been employed and are paying an unconfirmed amount for their linetraining. As far as I know no inexperienced 737 pilots has been employed recently, but quite a few is stacked in the standby pool.
