I don't understand these bureaucrats. If they want to serve this industry, they would not treat people this way. Let's face it they just don't care. They seem to see their role as discouraging people and think that by making things as difficult as possible and taking a view that they are doing us all a big favour anyway, they are doing their job. Each of these things is another nail in the coffin of this industry and what they just don't get is that if they put many more nails in there wont be an industry - and then they won't be requred!
