I submitted my docs on the 26th of May. The licensing officer was too busy and refused to look at my application when I requested him. Anyway in my case I just submitted the docs at reception where they stamp your covering letter. They told me it will take at least 2 - 3 months to process.
Anyway for me I used my hours as a flight instructor towards recency towards the PIC time and I was told after submission I cannot
So my 1000 hours of flying as an instructor is apparently no good for the DGCA.
Hope to God that they process it and give me the license.
