Seniority has no impact in our airline. I know I have often felt hard done by and picked on but when you step back with a clear head then generally there isn't anything personal in getting caught in our outfit. What would be more relevant is:-
- how close you live to the airport and how stuck they are for someone
- hours in last 28 days (both you and the other reserves)
- will be duty that they may have put you out of hours for tomorrow and the consequential knock on effect that this may have
- who owes who a "favour" ie: has some f*ckwit been doing side deals with screw control so that they are effectively on a day off during their reserve period
