Mendi Tari my money is on the other FO has been in and out of those places a few times and many other places around PNG with out to much trouble and probably still could find his way around today.
I reckon he wouldn't have had to hold at the Tabubil Navaid for 20mins trying to get in... Perhaps ALL the ATR crew should spend a day in the life of an otter (before they write reports)
My money is on the FOs upgrades wont happen in the near future
if at all.
