C is the centreline fix and usually coincides with a wpt before the FAF/FAP
F is the FAF/FAP
M is the MAPt
The SECOND LETTER relates to the type of app ie
I - ILS
D - VOR/D
V - VOR
Q - NDB/ADF
F - generic
