Just wanted to confirm, am I correct in saying that all new applicants have to sit an English Language Proficiency test before applying for CPL?
I hold a CASA CPL and will be applying for conversion soon. There were no language test requirements when I got my Australian license so I've never had to do it.
Also worth mentioning that the DGCA CPL application form doesn't ask for English Language Proficiency, despite the
CAR requirement.
