Narrow.. Logic would say that, however I accept there are no guarantees... I left virgin with my eyes wide open. I re applied with my eyes wide open too.
The interview process was tough and as I expected they went deeply into why I left and even more deeply into why I want to come back and what I'm likely to be faced with. The recruitment team were very professional and I would expect them to do due diligence on me exactly the same as anyone else.
