Just an update he diagnosed it as Holmes-Adie pupil. Said if it wasn't affecting my vision already it wasn't likely to cause me any problems in the future (although I've gone and done it, I've put it in to google!). There seems to be conflicting information online with some sites saying it's non-progressive and therefore I shouldn't worry about developing new symptoms, but with other sites saying it can get worse with age and go on to affect both eyes
