Yes, down the Adriatic you have your pick of excellent GA airports:
Ljlubjana
Portoroz (I am going there)
Pula
Losinj
Brac
Split
Dubrovnik
Then you have Pristina (Montenegro) which I cannot speak for.
Tirana (Albania) has no avgas, and I don't recommend staying the night
Then you have
Kerkira/Corfu (get written PPR always) which is the traditional customs+avgas entry/exit point for Greece.
But for Kavala you don't want to go via Corfu; too much out of the way. Slovenia or upper end of Croatia is better.
Losinj is a lovely island.
And, the best bit, all the above avoids refuelling in Italy
