Yes, and the UK Border checks at LTN get completely swamped by this. I can only recommend to plan-in some 90min from scheduled arrival to any forward connection (i.e. National Express coach), for train better 2hours due to the shuttle bus. Does take the fun out of using LTN, seriously. I wonder if this also happens the other way around, I mean leaving at 8:00-9:00. Empty bus station in Krakow at 1:30am ? Lucky you. We had some people nearly collapsing in this 1 hour queue at LTN (after a 2:30 flight from VNO). LTN have to sort this out.
