I though that the fund paid out at the loss of your Class 1 regardless of other Doctor's opinions with the proviso that you didn't get injured in a war or hang gliding or motorcycle racing etc etc.
You can't have the situation where CASA say one thing and the fund's doctor says another and they refuse to pay out. Why bother being in the fund if that's the case?
I am also surpised at the number of people on here freely admitting that they haven't read the rules!!!
There are a few exemptions in there that could quite legitimately exclude you from a payout so it pays to be aware of what they are!
