Angel jatorocket4 . . .

"Today some have FAA certificates and flying on a validation to JAR ATPL for years and years and more...What will be the latest? Will they have to do a jar atpl course or will they be able to continue operate with their foregin license...
Is there something magic about the EASA/JAR license...?

Is there a difference when foreign licensed pilots operate non EASA/JAR registered jets into European airspace?

Do you think that all the world's non EASA/JAR licensed pilots should be required to do a EASA/JAR ATPL course in order to qualify to operate their own "foreign" registered jets into European airspace...? If not, then the EASA/JAR foreign license validation objections must be an acute case of EU job protectionism and xenophobia.
