Is there a difference when foreign licensed pilots operate non EASA/JAR registered jets into European airspace?
Do you think that all the world's non EASA/JAR licensed pilots should be required to do a EASA/JAR ATPL course in order to qualify to operate their own "foreign" registered jets into European airspace...? If not, then the EASA/JAR foreign license validation objections must be an acute case of EU job protectionism and xenophobia.
