but nothing beats shutting that engine down and standing on top of the Tasman Glacier!!!
That was my thinking; I was pretty keen for the family to get that experience - I still remember doing it as a 7 year old in 1983. It is a bit pricey but I guess you pay a price premium for that sort of experience.
If you've the money? Do both, Mt Cook and Milford!
We'll, probably not, but the dollar is on our side. The cruise was definitely on the cards so it would be good to incorporate the two. We are free agents when it comes to our travel plans so anything is possible.
