I live in a compound with several NAS pilots. They tell me there is an Airbus fleet and an Embraer 190 fleet, and that the morale seems higher amongst the Embraer pilots. They also tell me they are set pretty well on copilots, but that there is a shortage of Embraer captains. If you have some left seat time in 190s, you might have a good shot at NAS.
