People flying with BE from NOC may never have used them before, and therefore think this is either essential or beneficial......they'll learn!
I'm sure they will learn! And I do hope this is the case for the differences in reserved seats.
I also find most frustrating with Flybe is that it is quite tricky in that you almost feel that you have no option but to choose the insurance,
I do find this frustrating too, because if you just want to book your flights quickly, it asks you are you sure numerous times! What I did notice though when I was comparing seats is that passengers starting their journey in the ROI are not asked would they like insurance. This must be because the company that supplies the insurance must only cover UK passengers.
