Yes, the problem is almost certainly at this end - it's the same with both of my desktops and they use totally separate components and modems. AOL don't seem to have any clues - nothing new there then
. It would be nice to know exactly where the fault lies but I reckon any combination of Redmond software and AOL interaction is doomed to be 'iffy'.
