People flying with BE from NOC may never have used them before, and therefore think this is either essential or beneficial......they'll learn!
Cuthere, I would agree but what I also find most frustrating with Flybe is that it is quite tricky in that you almost feel that you have no option but to choose the insurance, the bags and the seat. I recall it gave the option to choose a seat and when I wanted not to select a seat the option to click to go forward was 'continue without seats'. The site is intentionally like this and it allows BE to advertise one price but in many cases collect a much higher fare from the passenger.
