Huh. Think that's bad. Anyone who flew Hong Kong to London on VS201 September 21st can tell you just how awful it has got.
Food: Inedible
Service: Very very poor (staff morale gone down the toilet at VS?)
Aircraft: Shabby. Broken toilets. IFE system falling to bits.
Have defended VS over recent months because I've had some very good flights with them. This was just not funny. 13 hours of hell
