Sav, I was down at The Denes flying S-76s at the time of the PA accident. It still sends a shiver down the spine. Not sure about GAZOM's paperwork I also remember it being a BEAS aircraft. I did my conversion in Dalcross over a weekend. I probably never got more than 50-60 hours on the thing, as you say, it vibrated one to kingdom come at certain phases of flight.
