it's just that they say they've tested the line and say there's a fault, but the line company say they've tested it and it's OK!!
Yes...been there. Telstra operator says it "fine" when they "test" it on the phone (how they do that is beyond me) but when the service guy comes to the house to test it, it's "rubbish!"
