It usually takes between 7 and 9 years to go from arrival in Brazil to Brazilian citizenship, at which point you can fly commercially.
You should check with your Foreign Ministry to see if the two governments have any sort of agreement to speed things up, although
AFAIK these agreements seem to be one way traffic.....Brazil to wherever.
