JetStone?
So named by someone who has actually flown one...NOT.

The L-1329 is a delight to fly, and with the Garrett engines is really quiet, and that nice big walk-around cabin, ahhh!

According to a Lockheed-Georga test pilot I spoke with years ago, the JetStar was designed so that the corporate Twin Beech pilot could move into comfortably, and not splatter himself all over the terrain...quite unlike the early LearJets.

And, if you need any operational/maintenance assistance, a call to Lockheed Greenville will bring tech support like you wouldn't believe. The very same tech support that is available for that other "Star".....the TriStar.

Downside to the JetStar...well yes, it has been known to be rather "thirsty". OTOH, so is the Bentley.
