It may sound like baloney but 3 weeks ago I was offered a job in Abu Dhabi, by SERCo, only to be told 5 days later that the "customer" has now stipulated a max age of 45...sorry.
This despite the fact they have had guys 50+ starting recently.
If anybody knows anything different I would be interested to hear.
