I didn't take the things into my own hands because I wanted to be out of order.
I just was not sure of the duration of your absence, and believed (honestly) that it would be in the spirit of the thread to keep it going. **** happens, and people forget to declare open house when they are not available.
My request to you, maybe unfortunately phrased, was to forgive me, come back, and play the ball, not necessarily my behaviour.
I respectfully repeat my request: Lightning Mate, come back to the thread; lets go on with the friendly banter, and have fun. I'd hate to withdraw from the great company that I have found and had in this thread, and believe the same goes with you.
What else can I say, except that I will be 70 next September.
