Hola - it depends if you like to travel elsewhere. Or Not as is the case with some of my colleagues!!! There is a lot to see within 4 hours of DXB that can easily be done on a couple of days off. Just take a good look at the loads and you won't have any problems if you're flexible. I (nor any of my family) have been bumped off on staff travel - and to the 'moaning mary' types - we use it a lot
That being said - it would be nice to see more blocks of 7 days off, but I think this will only happen in the future if the company moves from ADOPT to a bidline system
