Avoid Hainan!!!!!
If there is any way possible - try, try, try and keep trying to get on with Air China (if you MUSt come to China)! The Co. is more professional, Agents are pretty much the same as with Hainan (just there to xfr ur $ if they get it and nothing else), but the entire package (salary, hotels, days off, Non-Chinese Bases) is superior in all aspects!
Everyone who did not wait for their Air China chance and took HNA because it came 1st, regretted it (we are talking about Foreign 10 CPs).
As far as Wellfrackme's points goes - I can completely agree 100% on his comments and what to expect with "professional Chinese Managers" and Agents.
