You need at least a couple of thousand hours to have any options on A320 or B737. 300 hours P2F on type will not improve your employability one bit at the moment and will be a waste of a lot of money. Paying for the number of hours that you would realistically need would bankrupt you. 'Hour building' on commercial jets is ludicrous.
Buying a type rating when you didn't have a job offer in which to use that rating wasn't exactly a genius move, but I guess you know that now.
