I'll be the first to admit... I read through the first few pages as this drama unfolded, and since then I have not read anything on this site - for fear that the armchair and fltsim fiends would all be throwing in their 2 cents worth. Here we are... this long after the event... and we STILL have people standing up and saying "he did "this" wrong" or "he should have done "that" differently".
What is it with you people?
Sully did what he was paid to do - he made the best decision he could at the time, based on his training and the options available to him at that particular moment in time.
Everyone survived.
What else do you buggers want?
For goodness sakes... get a life and and a good dose of reality at the same time!
You people make me sick (and ashamed to think that at least 5% of you might actually still be active flight deck crew??????).
Shocking
