The DWP2009 say that
"Australia should continue to play a leading role in supporting internal stability and effective governance within the countries of our immediate neighbourhood, which makes sense from both a humanitarian and a strategic perspective."
If someone were trying to destablise our immediate neighbourhood, how would they get around from place to place, could the ADF match/counter them, and where would the ADF have to go in order to do that?
