How about when you ask them if they want tea or coffee and they put the cup on your tray with the milk jigger still in - I have been known to just pour it in anyway.

When you ask a row of three if they want coffee and only one person puts their cup on the tray, when you hand it back the next people put theirs on. For that they only get half a cup!
