Sequel to the request made for a Title Insurance Premium on the MI-8AMT (MI-171) Helicopter having an asset price (ACV-Actual Cash Value) of XXXXXX million,XXXXX US dollars(US$ XX,XXX,000.00).
I hereby state that our calculated one time premium for that asset price( value) is two thousand,four hundred British pounds (£ 2,400,00) . As is customary of such transactions except otherwise stated, Buyer and Seller will have to share equally and pay the aforementioned premium cost.Invariably,each party will have to pay the sum of £ 1,200 (one thousand,two hundred British pounds).
