This is definitely a very big joke as theres no basis for these,
1.Arik=no ontime departures,no pay for crew upwards of two months with the affected crew in agreement so long as they keep chalking up time on NG type,which the management now accept,hence subsidized crew operations.
2.First Nation=Non Existent
3.DANA=Indian operations,try to be on time with very aged aircraft,couple of busted engines,real fear now is the expose on fake licensed crewmembers emanating from the Indian CAA,now guys you got to shine your eyes,Salaries not too late but as usual Indians work the crew till they drop.
4.Aero=Try to beat the clock, as always against all odds,Pay is regular,departures are everything but on time,Try to cover all schedules even if flights depart 6hours late,Another ageing fleet that keeps the engineers on thier toes,In house Operational Management thats been on the job for over 20years,developing A Work till you drop syndrome to impress the owners, A rolling stone,It All does not add up but keeps trudging,
5.Air Nigeria=Very well structured,tries to do the right things with so few=late departures,like Aero reluctant to cancel flights,A mass of Aged Boeings flying with MELs as the bible,reactive Management,Pay is dropping on time.Work till you drop syndrome,trying at all cost to have an Operational management with a human face and winining
6.Changchangi=Rogue Operations,have not paid thier Nigerian staffers for close to 2 years,a slave oriented ops thst plays on the poverty of its workers,operating with wet leased equipment from jordan,this is an abberation, better still,a travel agency fliying so as to retain its AOC.
