67k plus allowances and OT for FO/s? But the downside is 27k downpayment for endo with no bond option....

Tempting, but I'd like to see the agreement with respect to VB progression etc first. Also time to command is an issue... no one wants to sit in the right seat of an ATR forever with no hope of moving
