Hey everybody, great thread, I've read it all during the past month but never posted anything or had a user, had my phase 1 a few weeks ago and had my phase 2 + interview last week. Found out on Friday that I had been accepted and they will be in contact with further information
As for age, also not much to say. Eurocontrol have made a decision to try to get a mix of ages in each ab initio group ( as far as possible) because they have more success with these groups.
I was told the same when I had my interview, I was also told that they try to mix nationalities as much as possible as well.
